Was ist perflowance?
Perflowance ist die Symbiose aus „performance“ und „flow“. Sowohl bei Einzelnen als auch in Teams gibt es häufig Bremsen, die den Flow stoppen, z.B. in Form von Konflikten, fehlender Struktur, inneren Barrieren, etc. Mit der perflowance-Methode legen wir Ziele fest und erarbeiten gemeinsam Wege, damit Sie bzw. Ihr Team diese Ziele mit Leichtigkeit erreichen. Denn Erfolg darf und kann einfach sein, wenn wir unsere Leistung und unser Potenzial wie auf Autopilot abrufen können.
Für wen ist mein Coaching gedacht?
Das Coaching mit der perflowance-Methode ist für alle gedacht, die gerne etwas erreichen würden, aber in sich oder im Team ein eine Barriere spüren. Trotz bester Absichten möchte ein Vorhaben oder ein gewünschter Zustand einfach nicht gelingen. Wir lösen dieses „Ja aber“ im Coaching und Teamprozessen auf, damit Sie oder Ihr Team im Flow zum Ziel kommen.
